Pilates & Nutrition Morning for Chris O'Brien Lifehouse
Thursday 26th JunJoin us for a feel-good morning of movement, nourishment, and giving back at the North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club!
We're bringing together Ellie Nutritionist, EmPap Pilates, and PilatesWithP for a vibrant community event in support of Chris O’Brien Lifehouse.

- Energising Pilates sessions with EmPap and PilatesWithP
- Delicious, wholesome snacks curated by Ellie Nutritionist
- Inspiring conversations and community connection
- 100% of proceeds donated to Chris O'Brien Lifehouse
✨ Every dollar will go towards:
- World-class cancer research that improves the way cancer is prevented, detected, and treated
- Holistic support services that offer care beyond treatment
- Clinical trials that give patients access to the latest treatments
- State-of-the-art medical equipment that enables precision treatments and surgeries
