In remembrance of Fay Wilcox's life, the family asks that any charitable
donations be made to Chris O'Brien Lifehouse.
Professor Chris O'Brien operated
on Fay many years ago. She was thankful for his expert help and touched by his
compassionate nature. Fay followed his tragic story as he too was diagnosed
with cancer and used his circumstances to help others and create Chris O'Brien
Lifehouse. Chris O’Brien Lifehouse is dedicated to treating and researching
cancer of all types, specialising in those that are complex and rare.
Fay expressed she felt a connection with Chris and his story and admired his charity work. We know that Fay would appreciate donations to this organisation on her behalf to make a difference in the future of cancer research and care as she herself was a generous and considerate person.
