In loving memory of Sharon Lee Giaprakas

Thanks Mum, for the men you have helped Zac and me become, and for the unbreakable bond we share with each other. You have been my life’s greatest teacher, and you will continue to live in our hearts. Thank you for all the special memories, adventures, food, and conversations we have shared. May you keep inspiring the decisions we make each day, shaping us into the men we hope one day to become. I want to thank all the staff who supported Mum over the past 5-6 years. Even in her final days, you showed her and us nothing but kindness, compassion, and empathy. We are deeply grateful. I’ll miss you, Mum. May we meet again in the next life, and the one after.

Dearest Sharon My heart is broken. We have all lost a truly beautiful person inside and out. I have also lost a daughter-in-law who was always there for me and like my own daughter. You have always looked after me, organised and made sure I was always looked after with kindness and respect, as you did with all your family. You take a piece of my heart with you my darling however you have left a greater part of yourself with me and your family. You will never be forgotten and I am forever grateful that you were part of our lives. I love you.

Peter zak and Luke we are so sorry for your loss of your beautiful mum and wife. Sharon was a beautiful soul whose kindness, compassion, and warmth touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. Her memory will live on in the love she shared and the lives she touched. May you find comfort in knowing how deeply she was loved and how lasting her impact will be. Sharon will live on in our hearts forever, her smile filled the room with compassion and thoughtfulness. Sharon always found ways to help us any way she could. Sharon came to dads place with Zac and spent some time talking to him about the village and general banter, that was a visit from her heart just an example of her generosity and of course many other visits to the hospital for Thea Peri even though Sharon had her own battles. Sharon left a remarkable example for us all.

I had the privilege of working alongside Sharon, and over time she became a dear friend. She was kind and positive, always thinking of others before herself. Sharon was everything to her family. She was generous with her time in consoling those around her … listening to their problems and offering her advice 'from the heart”. A great mother to Luke and Zac and the perfect partner to Peter. We loved Everything about her and we will cherish all the memories we have and we will hold dear to our hearts 💕…. She was taken too soon , but only The LORD knows “why”. We are sure that Sharon is in a “better place”….in a place of refreshment where pain and sorrow and mourning have ceased…..May she rest in Peace .
