Poppies For ANZAC Day

By Hunters Hill Parish Community

My Updates

We remember heroes and what they gave for our tomorrow

Tuesday 30th Mar

In remembrance of our ANZAC heroes the Hunters Hill Parish knitting group are making poppies and selling them in the community as a fundraising initiative.

The team, led by local parishioner Myra Edwards, hope to raise money for CHRIS O’BRIEN LIFEHOUSE, an integrated cancer treatment centre and fully operational cancer hospital. This heroic not-for-profit organisation is dedicated to providing holistic and patient-centred care for people with cancer.

-          Purchase the poppies from outside Holy Name of Mary Church or St Peter Chanel, Hunters Hill on ANZAC weekend April 24th & 25th

-          Make a donation by clicking the button above

-          Support us at Villa Maria Primary School ANZAC initiative during the week beginning 19th April

-          Create poppies for sale at the above events
