Fay's story
As an avid knitter for most of her life, Fay Skuthorpe is never far from her knitting needles and a ball of wool. In fact, these trusty items were by her side on her very first day of breast cancer treatment at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, in 2014.

Continue to give hope
As a not-for-profit hospital, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse relies on the support of our generous donor community. We invest every donation into improving patient care, driving research, and acquiring state-of-the-art technology that brings every patient hope for the best outcomes.
With a donation, you can help lessen the burden of cancer in our community today and in the years to come.
''Throughout our visits, both Jim and I found comfort in the warmth and support of the staff. Chris O'Brien Lifehouse is a place no one wants to come to. But if you do, the treatment and support is amazing.
