In Memory of Libby Christie AM
Libby had been battling cancer for a number of years with extraordinary courage, strength and good grace and continued to provide exceptional leadership to the Australian Ballet throughout this time, including during Covid.
She was an inspiration to many and attacked every day with zeal, tenacity and fervency, always enjoying life to the fullest! Libby was a friend of many, and while she had many corporate successes, she will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, wife and Nana to her many grandchildren.
The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse provided Libby with high-quality, compassionate and multidisciplinary care throughout her journey with cancer, giving Libby every service and therapy she needed, all under the one roof. 100% of funds raised go back into patient care and funding life-changing research.
