Phoebe lived a very full life, reaching the age of 95. She survived cancer three times over the years but, unfortunately. it took her the fourth time.
Phoebe loved her family and spending time with them. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were very special to her. She will be remembered for her gift of making specialty birthday cakes for the family.
Phoebe was married to Frank Tracey for 39 years, until his death in 1987. She remarried in 1995 to an old family friend, Dave Baxter, who passed away in 2006.
Phoebe will be sadly missed by her children, their spouses, grandchildren and their spouses, great grandchildren, stepchildren and their spouses, step-grandchildren and their families.
