When Susan recalled David's desire to get Millie to an Italian restaurant, it reminded me of a lunch at Pulcinella when my son Andrew (now 41) was 5 weeks old, and under the table (literally), That was the day he first tasted mascarpone, courtesy of David and his spoon.
